Exceptional Medical Care

Speaking from my personal interactions with the doctor and their team, I have benefited enormously from the exceptional medical care provided by the surgery in Reading over the decades. Total process of care starting from the initial appointment, consultation, caring and sympathetic approach, accurate diagnosis and professional advice are highly commendable. Many of my friends, in some cases frustrated with inadequate services provided by their own GPs, when I tell them the quality of care and services provided by my doctor become very envious and wish they could become patients at this surgery!

In addition to the GP, admin staff are also very helpful, I have noted they would go beyond the call of duty to accommodate the needs of the patients.

A big thank you to the most caring team at this Surgery, strongly recommended.

Very Helpful and Understanding, Excellent All Round Care

I have received excellent all round care from this practice. I’ve been seeing my doctor since 2009 and they have always been very understanding and supportive. My care needs are complicated and treatment on-going, they always take time to listen, reassure me and explain the benefits and pitfalls of prescribed medication. I am usually able to get an appointment to see them or one of the partners within 24-48 hours and order repeat medication online – this is a great facility.

Surgery staff are also friendly, helpful and understanding.

Amazing Doctor and Amazing Reception Staff

I have been to several practices as this is the only one where the reception staff are happy and very friendly. My doctor is brilliant too. I am very pleased with the service I receive.

Massive Improvement

I have been a patient with this surgery for 8 years now and in this time I have noticed a massive improvement, when it comes to the service they offer, customer service, availability of appointments, cleanliness and opening times as the practice is now open longer and also on Saturday. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

Quick Diagnosis and Treatment

I have been a patient of this surgery for a long time and I use it regularly due to long term medical conditions.

Recently I was suffering from new symptoms due to severe headaches and I went to see one of the GP’s there as an emergency appointment. I was checked thoroughly and was told to go and see an optician straight away for a vision test and to have my eyes dilated and to be checked thoroughly. I left the doctors surgery and went straight to my opticians with a note from the doctor.

I was checked by the opticians as requested and a problem was picked up. I was sent to A&E straightaway where I was seen by an ophthalmologist and I had several tests done. I was diagnosed with a condition and am on medication. Had it not been for this GP and his quick actions it would have gone untreated and not been picked up so quickly and could have led to loss of vision. I am so grateful to this doctor and the surgery for giving me the best care as always. I am so glad that I am a patient at this practice and they deserve all the praise. They give you a personal caring service as a family GP should. They are exceptional and a rarity in thirds times.
